On November 8th, Boulder's premier football team, the Colorado Buffaloes, will be facing off against Iowa State at Folsom Field.

The University of Colorado's (CU) college football team will be looking to get their season back on track and build upon the hard-fought 14-13 win that they enjoyed against Kansas State on Family Weekend.

The Buffs began the season in flying form with wins over Colorado State, Eastern Washington and West Virginia, but have since slipped up against Florida State and Texas to slip down the Big 12 conference rankings.

CU is considered one of the best sports universities in the country and secured its first national football championship in 1990.

Recent years have been kind to the Buffs football team, who won the conference championship in 2001 and have also won four north division championships in the last seven years.

Tickets to the game, which is sure to be a cracker, range from $30 for the endzone to $100 for midfield seats.
