News|Rebecca Folsom and other guests at Boulder's Chautauqua ParkThe American singer-songwriter, with her distinctive voice, will be accompanied by Chris Malley on guitars and mandolin, and Blake Eberhardt on upright bass, and will be laying down the harmonic, toe-tapping acoustic grooves. Folsom will be supported by Cari Minor and Ray Smith at the concert, which begins at 7:30pm. She began performing in the local Nashville music scene in 1997 and first gained wider prominence with the release of her 2002 album, Ruby, Live at Velvet. Since then she has released Shine (2004) and Water on Stone (2008), for which she is currently touring around the US. The subtle music and beautiful poetry promises to provide the perfect chilled-back atmosphere for anyone relaxing in Boulder on vacation.
