		Breathtaking Backdrops Our Outdoor Pavilion, featuring views of the Flatirons and our gardens along the Boulder Creek, is an ideal venue for 75 to 290 wedding guests. During your reception, loved ones can dance outside amongst the stars, surrounded by natural beauty––truly an intimate and inspiring place for your event. If you prefer an indoor reception, we invite you to the Grand Ballroom, accommodating up to 250 wedding guests. Gaze out through floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent views of colorful wildflowers and picturesque mountains. We are proud to offer a multitude of venues in all sizes to accommodate your needs.
		Culinary Creativity Join us for a complimentary tasting, during which you’ll sample a variety of hors d’oeuvres and main courses. Choose from wedding packages that include a string trio for the ceremony, tables and linens, appetizers, a dinner buffet, wedding cake, flowers, a DJ, centerpieces and more––all at an exceptional value. We will happily customize menus to accommodate any culinary requests you may have. We are delighted to offer a complimentary champagne toast, just for booking your special day at the Millennium Harvest House Boulder.
		Preparing for the Special Day The hotel staff will walk you through every stage, and your wedding coordinator will be there to ensure a flawless affair. We are pleased to assist with set-up and preparation such as place cards and favors, or the scheduling of spa appointments for the bride and bridal party. We also provide the bride and groom with a complimentary hospitality suite for their wedding weekend. Feel free to store items for the big day, luggage for the honeymoon or favors, or just get ready for the ceremony. It’s yours to enjoy. Lastly, we invite the bride and groom to retreat to their complimentary Superior Guestroom after their picture-perfect day. They can enjoy beautiful views of our gardens and the Flatiron Mountains.  We also offer preferential rates for wedding guests staying overnight. For your convenience, we provide a shuttle for guests arriving from out of town. Those traveling by car can take advantage of complimentary parking on site.
